Dooneymalls Terms of Purchase
Welcome to Dooneymalls ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of products (including handbags, wallets, business cases, travel accessories, apparel, and shoes) from our website (dooneymalls.com, the "Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies posted on the Site.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation
When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where products are out of stock, pricing information is incorrect, or we are unable to verify your payment or shipping details.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an order confirmation email containing your order number and details of the products purchased. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A formal acceptance of your order will be sent once we have verified your payment and confirmed product availability, at which point a binding contract between you and Dooneymalls will be formed.
2. Pricing & Currency
All product prices displayed on the Site are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole and统一 (unified) currency for all purchases on Dooneymalls. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude any customs duties or fees for international orders (see Section 5 for details).

If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to either cancel the order or proceed with the purchase at the correct price. 3. Payment Terms

By providing your payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
Payment will be processed immediately upon order placement. If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information or problems with your payment provider.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping Timeline
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days, regardless of domestic or international destination. This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, logistics disruptions).
4.2 Shipping Fees
Dooneymalls offers free shipping worldwide on all orders. No additional shipping or handling fees will be charged to your order, regardless of the order value or delivery destination.
4.3 Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the relevant logistics provider’s website. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
4.4 Delivery Responsibilities
Upon delivery, you (or the designated recipient) are responsible for inspecting the package and its contents. If the package is damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately at

5. International Orders & Customs
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs and will be collected by the customs authorities or logistics provider at the time of delivery. Dooneymalls has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or procedures. If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and we will issue a refund (less any applicable return fees) once we receive and inspect the returned products.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused, unwashed, undamaged products (in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact) within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. Customized products, final sale items, and hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective) are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned products (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3-10 business days.
7. Product Availability & Backorders
We strive to maintain accurate inventory information on the Site, but occasionally products may be out of stock after an order is placed. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to either wait for the product to be restocked (if available) or cancel the order and receive a full refund. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by out-of-stock products.
Backorders (if available) will be shipped as soon as the product is restocked. We will provide you with an estimated restock date when you place a backorder. You may cancel a backorder at any time before it is shipped for a full refund.
8. Product Descriptions & Images
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, minor variations may occur (e.g., color differences due to screen resolution, slight differences in product dimensions). Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact product you receive. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected products.
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or failure to comply with legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
