We aim to process and prepare all orders for shipping within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Processing time may be extended slightly during peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory shortages, logistics disruptions). 3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days, regardless of whether the destination is domestic or international. This delivery timeline is an estimate and begins from the date the order is shipped (not the order placement date). Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections (for international orders), weather conditions, carrier delays, and local delivery disruptions. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by these external factors.

4. Shipping Fees

Dooneymalls provides free shipping on all orders worldwide. No additional shipping, handling, or surcharges will be applied to your order, regardless of the order value, product weight, or delivery destination. The free shipping benefit is automatically applied at checkout, and no coupon code is required.

5. Shipping Notifications & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to the logistics provider’s website, where you can monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping address during checkout. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

6. Delivery Responsibilities

Upon delivery, you (or the designated recipient) are responsible for inspecting the package and its contents. For international orders, you (the customer) are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Dooneymalls has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and product type. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or procedures. If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to clear customs, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. Once we receive and inspect the returned products (in unused, undamaged condition), we will issue a refund minus any applicable return fees.

8. Undelivered & Returned Orders

If an order is undelivered and returned to us by the logistics provider (e.g., due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempts), we will notify you via email. You may request a reshipment (subject to availability) or a refund. Reshipment requests may be subject to additional shipping costs (if applicable), while refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., return shipping costs) once the product is confirmed as returned.
If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days of notifying you about the returned order, we will automatically issue a refund (minus applicable fees) and dispose of or restock the product at our discretion.
